What is the advantage in using Talent on Demand?
Business leaders can now decide which talent (contractor/ consultant/ boutique firm) can fill the gap on their team to drive results. Most business leaders know the talent they need, but often cannot efficiently add them. Our goal is to be able to provide that flexibility of adding temporary talent as needed without the RFP/ resume review process. Our goal is to give business leaders an ability to stay nimble to drive their competitive advantage without increasing headcount, cost, on-boarding time, and complexity.
For procurement leaders, we take the steps to ensure compliance risk is not affected by adding business leaders’ choice of talent. We keep the standard contractual terms with the client to maximize efficiency and negate any unnecessary tail spend. Our goal is to help procurement be able to provide the flexibility to business owners when adding varying talent as needed.
For talent, while we have a standardized service level agreement, we take pride in being able to serve varying financial terms based on project length and cost.
